| Cannot say enough about Matt, Mary jo and the staff at MJ Auto. They all go above and beyond with there service, A few months ago on my way home I had a tire going down, it was 4:00 pm and needed assistance. I pulled in to MJ's and within a few minutes Mary Jo had Robert, one of their Technicians, take a look at it. He aired up the tire, checked for leaks and I was on my way. NO Charge! A few months later, it's Friday at 4:30 and I think I have a brake caliper that is locked up. I pull in to MJ's, Mary jo has Robert take a look at it, and the wheel is locked up. Robert said he would stay and replace the caliper. They got the part and I was on my way home by 5:30, when they close. That is Customer Service! |

She personally took the car for a drive, had it assessed, and explained all the details about the car (even minor flaws) so I could make an informed decision. The paperwork was straight forward, but they walked me through what everything meant and coordinated in advance what they needed to be done in one visit. Highly recommend! | I had tried most of the repair shops in Hartford including the ford dealer and I could not find one that did good work at a fair price and that could fix my vehicle right the first time, until I tried M&J Auto. They are friendly and accommodating and they always try to work with my schedule when setting up appointments. A few times when I stopped in to schedule an oil change they got me in immediately and did it while I waited. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed. |

We came with a specific vehicle we were looking at, he allowed us space to explore the vehicle to start, never hovering! He did find another issue that I had no idea it needed but after he showed me the old part I'm sure glad it was taken care of. | My review is before and after is pending. I have been working with M&J regarding a vehicle I will be obtaining tomorrow in Allenton. Robert and Mary Jo have been wonderful to work with. Polite, responsive and patient. I have been in the auto industry for a little under 20 years and I know that customers expectations and pre determined perceptions can be a lot to handle. I am putting my trust to drive almost 2 hours to purchase a vehicle that I have not even driven yet, however I believe it will be worth it. Since I have done as much research as I can from far away. More to come.
Got the car and great experience. Everyone I worked with was wonderful. Matt is very responsive and is fantastic to work with. Considering this was far from home, it was worth the drive. Thank you everyone. |
